Chip Hunnicutt is a senior marketing manager with a 12-year professional track record spearheading marketing, advertising, and promotions. He most recently served as Marketing Director of the North Carolina Division for Prudential Burroughs & Chapin Realty, where he oversaw all advertising, marketing plans/budgets, and sales support programs while developing and deploying a first-of-its-kind comprehensive suite of marketing services for sales agents. During his tenure in this position, he also represented the Real Estate division on the company brand development team and led teams in technology tool creation and website redesign.

Chip also served as Marketing Director for Prudential Carolina Real Estate prior to its acquisition and integration into Prudential Burroughs & Chapin Realty in 2006. In this job, he planned the annual marketing mix of electronic, broadcast, outdoor, print, direct mail and agent incentives and spearheaded the IT upgrade task force. Additionally, he drove internal/external public relations campaigns and negotiated vendor contracts. He earned awards for Prudential Real Estate Marketing Innovation of the Year and Wilmington-Cape Fear Homebuilders Association MAX! Print Advertising in 2006.

Chip is an entrepreneurial marketing professional who currently acts as President of the startup Doubletough Ventures, Inc., which for 3 years has provided consulting services and solutions in online advertising/marketing, audio/video podcasting products, and website design. He oversees all sales, budgets, and client account management for the firm. Previously, he was the President for Sea Thunder, LLC, where he increased revenue 175% in just 3 years by directing and enhancing marketing, sales, brand identity, merchandise development, and promotional materials. He also established cooperative advertising initiatives with area business leaders.

Before these recent positions, Chip held jobs as Web Marketing Coordinator with Performance, Inc. and as Licensing Coordinator and Assistant Project Coordinator for Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association Properties, Inc. His professional highlights include increasing affiliate recruitment 30%, total orders 71% and affiliate-generated revenue 73% for Performance, Inc., and improving licensing program revenue 51%, convention revenue 17%, and awards banquet revenue 16% for Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association Properties.

Chip holds a Master of Sports Science degree from the United States Sports Academy and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the College of Charleston. His extensive community involvement has included service with Junior Achievement, Habitat for Humanity, the Myrtle Beach Chamber of Commerce, and on the advisory board of the North Myrtle Beach Springfest Festival.
